1. Services

We provide online bookkeeping, QuickBooks management, and financial/account management services for clients primarily in the United States and Canada. Services are delivered remotely.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information required to perform the services. We are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

3. Payments

All service fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Prices may vary based on project scope. Invoices must be paid within the specified timeline.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if services have not been initiated. Once work begins, payments are non-refundable due to time and resources allocated.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all financial and business information shared by clients. Data will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for financial losses, indirect damages, or tax/legal consequences that result from decisions made by the client based on our reports or advice.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. All outstanding payments must be cleared before termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and/or Canada, depending on the client’s location of service.
